  • Campaign Conditions

    【Plan usage start date】

     ・In case of a new application *The earlier of (1) or (2) will be the plan usage start date.

    (1) The date when the delivery completion data is notified to us

    (2) The date for when the Rakuten Mobile signal becomes applicable on the SIM card or eSIM

     ・In case of switching to Rakuten Mobile from another carrier with MNP

    The date for when the Rakuten Mobile signal becomes applicable on the SIM card or eSIM

  • Date of point award

    <For the referred person>

    Points will be granted over a period of 3 months, starting from the 4th month to the 6th month after the month of the referral login.

    ※Example: If the referral login of the referred customer is confirmed in December, the first point grant will be around the end of April (four months later), the second point grant will be around the end of May, and the third point grant will be around the end of June.

    ●Point validity period

    Valid for 6 months including the date of point award
