How to Use “Rakuten Drive”

1. Download the Rakuten Drive App:
   • Download the Rakuten Drive app from Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

2. Log in with Rakuten ID:
   • Open the app and log in with your Rakuten ID. If you do not have a Rakuten ID, you need to register a new one.
3. Start Using:
   • After logging in, you can immediately start using Rakuten Drive. Set up the backup of photos and videos and save them to the cloud to keep your data safe.

Important Notes

• Customers under 14 years old cannot use this service.
• Additional communication fees may apply for using the service.
• If you change your Rakuten ID during use, you need to transfer the data to the Rakuten Drive linked to the new Rakuten ID.
• If you are already using the Rakuten Drive free plan and later subscribe to Rakuten Mobile, you will be automatically upgraded to Rakuten Drive 50GB free.
• Customers who are already using the Rakuten Drive PRO plan can continue to use it even after subscribing to Rakuten Mobile. If you want to change from the Rakuten Drive PRO plan to the Rakuten Drive 50GB free, please apply for the Rakuten Drive 50GB free after the contract period of the Rakuten Drive PRO plan ends.
• If you cancel the Rakuten Mobile line or change the plan to Apple Watch Family Sharing, and there are no lines under the Rakuten Strongest Plan or Rakuten Strongest Plan (Data Type), you will be automatically downgraded from Rakuten Drive 50GB free to Rakuten Drive free plan.
