Approximately 90% of respondents answered that they are glad they switched.

Among the responses, three points received particularly high praise:

  1. Better connectivity
  2. Cost savings on fees
  3. Changes in daily life

Q2: Has connectivity improved compared to before?

Approximately 80% of respondents felt an improvement in communication quality compared to when they first signed up.

Q3: How has your smartphone bill changed?

Approximately 90% of those who switched from the other three major carriers answered that their costs became more affordable compared to before switching.

Q4: How has your daily life changed after switching?

Approximately 50% of respondents said they no longer worry about their mobile phone bills.

Q5: How satisfied are you with Rakuten Mobile?

The overall satisfaction rate for Rakuten Mobile is approximately 80%.
